Do you come to my location? Yes! We’re mobile from mid-March through mid-November, weather permitting.
Do you detail in the winter? Absolutely! During colder months, we operate from our shop in Lincoln. You can drop off, wait, or use our Concierge Service — we’ll pick up your vehicle and return it when it’s done.
Are you insured? Yes! We carry extensive insurance that protects us both and your vehicle, allowing us to safely drive it when needed.
How long will a detail take? It depends on your vehicle’s size and condition. 2-row SUV: typically 2–3 hours 3-row SUV: typically 3–4 hours Add 60–90 minutes for a Premium Package.
Do you charge extra for pet hair? Yes, there’s a $25 upcharge for excessive pet hair due to the extra time and tools required.
Do you remove seats to detail? No — in most cases, that’s unnecessary and can increase the risk of damage. Many modern vehicles have airbags or sensors built into the seats, so we use specialized tools to clean thoroughly around and underneath instead.
What is a shampoo? “Shampooing” uses a high-suction extractor that sprays water and cleaning solution to lift spills, stains, and grime from carpets or upholstery.
Why is shampooing a separate charge? Many vehicles have leather seats and all-weather mats, so they don’t need to be shampooed. We only include it when necessary to keep your pricing fair.
Do you detail boats? Yes — at our shop! Call us for a quote. We’ll ask for your boat’s length and condition to provide accurate pricing.
Do you offer gift cards? Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make a great gift for any occasion.
